RESOLUTION NO. 73 6 23
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY FENCE MASTERS, INC., AT A
TOTAL COST OF 2,600.00, AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $260.00 FOR THE MIAMI
STADIUM - FENCING - 1973.

WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 18, 1973 between
the City of Miami and Fence Masters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Fence Masters: Inc. has furnished the required documents certifying
that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been paid in full in
connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the Con-
tractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Fence
Masters, Inc. for the MIAMI STADIUM - FENCING - 1973 be accepted
at a total cost of $2,600.00.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of Miami
be authorized and directed to pay Fence Masters, Inc., a balance of
$260.00 as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with the MIAMI STADIUM - FENCING -
1973.
