RESOLUTION NO. 7Ba1' 4 ,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORISING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CON-
STRUCTION OF EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352 C (centerline
sewer) IN EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5352 C (center-
line sewer).
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Intercounty Con-
struction has completed the construction of sanitary sewer improve-
ments designated as EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5352 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of a
notice of public hearing for objections by persons interested in
or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance thereof by
the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Clerk be authorized and directed
to cause a notice to be published in a newspaper published in the
City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the City
Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be determined
by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a public hearing to hear
any objections by persons interested or affected by EAST PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352 C (centerline sewer) as to the
acceptance of the completed construction.
