A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK PER-
FORMED BY C. A. DAVIS, INC. AT A TOTAL COST OF
$3400 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $3400
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ORANGE BOWL - WHEELCHAIR
PLATFORM - 1973
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 19, 1973
between the City of Miami and C. A. Davis, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and C. A. Davis, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by C. A. Davis,
Inc. for the construction of ORANGE BOWL - WHEELCHAIR PLATFORM -
1973 at a total cost of $3400 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay C. A.
Davis, Inc., a balance of $3400 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in con-
nection with the construction of ORANGE BOWL - WHEELCHAIR
PLATFORM - 1973.
