RESOLUTION NO. 73 -- 6 70
A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI AND "MR. REVITZ" ON
AUGUST 14, 1973, RATIFYING ADJUSTMENTS MADE IN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAID AGREEMENT PURSUANT
TO RESOLUTION NO. 73-641.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida, passed Resolution No. 73-641 on the 7th day of
August, 1973, authorizing and directing the City Manager
and City Clerk to enter into an agreement between the City
of Miami and "Mr. Revitz" on behalf of the Flagler Center
Building in order to provide for the demolition of the
building at 46 West Flagler Street upon certain terms and
conditions; and
WHEREAS, during negotiation of said agreement, dis-
agreement arose between the parties with regard to the terms
and conditions of said agreement; and
WHEREAS, in order to complete said agreement certain
adjustments with regard to said terms and conditions had to
be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the agreement entered into between the
City of Miami and "Mr. Revitz" on the 14th day of August,
1973 be and the same is hereby ratified in all respects,
Section That all actions taken by the City Manager
and City Clerk regarding adjustments made in relationship

to Resolution No. 73-641 are hereby ratified and affirmed.

Section 3. That to the extent that any terms and
conditions that may be found in the agreement of August
14, 1973 between the City of Miami and "Mr. Revitz" may
be inconsistent with the terms and conditions as outlined
in Resolution No. 73-641, 'they are hereby ratified and
affirmed in all respects.
