RESOLUTION NO. 78- G 6 3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SUBDIVISION, A SUB-
DIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON
SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, this Plat was approved by the
Planning and Zoning Board on September 10, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Plat entitled SOUTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of Tract 1 S.E.
CARVER PROPERTY (P.B. 35, Pg. 79); a portion of Lot 2
MUNROE'S PLAT (D.B. "D", Pg. 253);a portion of CHARLES
JOHN PEACOCK CORRECTED PLAT (P.B. 6, Pg. 32); a portion
of Tract "A" SAILBOAT BAY SUBDIVISION (P.B. 84,Pg.80)
lying in Section 21, Township 54 South, Range 41 East,
Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a
part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications
as shown thereon together with all existing and future
plantings, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
perpetual use of the public be, and the same are, hereby
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. All of the improvements that would
normally be required under the provisions of the City Code,
County Code and State law are now being constructed at the
property platted under the South Bayshore Drive Highway
Improvement H-4342 and Sidewalk Improvement SK-4281.

Section 3. Of all the requirements of State law
concerning the posting of a Performance Bond for the
maintenance of said improvements is hereby expressly waived.
Section 4. The requirements of State law and the
Code of the City of Miami, Florida as to improvements to be
made in subdivisions are hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat are
hereby expressly waived.
Section 6. That the City Manager and the City
Clerk, both of the City of Miami, be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
