A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
SAILBOAT BAY SUBDIVISION AMENDED, A
SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON
SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, this plat was approved by the Planning
and Zoning Board on September 10, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Plat entitled SAILBOAT BAY
SUBDIVISION AMENDED, being a resubdivision of Tract A and
Tract B of the plat of SAILBOAT BAY SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 84, at Page 80, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof
as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown
thereon together with all existing and future plantings, trees
and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the
public be, and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. That all of the improvements that would
normally be required under the provisions of the City Code,
County Code and State law are now being constructed at the
property platted under the South Bayshore Drive Highway
Improvement H-4342 and Sidewalk Improvement H-4281.
Section 3. That the requirements of State law and
the Code of the City of Miami, Florida as to improvements to
be made in subdivisions are hereby expressly waived.

Section 4. That the requirements of State law
concerning the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the
Plat are hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. That the City Manager and the City
Clerk, both of the City of Miami, Florida, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to AS
