A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION
TO DREDGE LAND CONTIGUOUS TO.IALL
,.rrr' OF BLOCK 4, SOUTH ELMIRA (6-151) ,
LOCATED AT 1 PALM BAY COURT.
SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
CITY CODES
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Miami, at its meeting held on July 23, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 7 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
73-170, recommending granting permission to dredge land,
as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for permission
to dredge land contiguous to all of Block 4, SOUTH ELMIRA
(6-151), located at 1 Palm Bay Court, be and the same is
hereby granted,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Ag day of'e 973.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of July 23, 1973, Item
#5, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No.
73-170 by a 7 to 0 vote (2 members absent) recommending permiss-
ion to be granted a permit to Dredge land contiguous to A11 of
Block 4, SOUTH ELMIRA (6-151), located at 1 Palm Bay Court.
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for permission to dredge land has been
prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for con-
sideration of the City Commission.
