A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO FILL SUBMERGED LAND CONTIGUOUS TO TENTATIVE PLAT #875 A, "THE SEAWARD", LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 700 N.E. 35TH STREET; SUCH APPROVAL SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS. V• �1. WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on July 23, 1973, passed and adopted by a 7 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-165, recommending granting permission to fill submerged land, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for permission to fill submerged land contiguous to Tentative Plat #875 A, "THE SEAWARD", located at approximately 700 N. E. 35th Street, such approval subject to the following conditions: (a) No structure shall be within twenty (20) feet of the established bulkhead line; (b) There shall be a wall around all parking areas visable from the bulkhead line that screens the parking; (c) Planting areas on the parking deck shall penetrate the deck area to the ground; (d) A minimum of two (2) planting areas shall be provided on the pool deck area penetrating to the ground; (e) Site plan approval of the landscaping along the waterfront area by the Planning Department, be and the same is hereby granted. E. 35th Street Contiguous to Tentative Plat #875-A, "THE SEAWARD" Applicant: Florentine Rosell The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of July 23, 1973, Item #1, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-165 by a 7 to 0 vote (2 members absent), recommending a permit to be granted to fill submerged land contiguous to Tentative Plat #875-A, "THE SEAWARD", located at approximately 700 N.
