A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE ORANGE
BOWL COMMITTEE FOR EXPANSION OF FACILITIES
AT SPORTSMAN'S PARK WAREHOUSE AND TO SUBMIT
TO THE COMMISSION FOR RATIFICATION A PRO-
POSED AGREEMENT THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to negotiate with the Orange Bowl Committee
for expansion of facilities at Sportsman's Park Warehouse
and to submit to the Commission for ratification a proposed
agreement therefor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September,1973.
