A P.ESOLUTION STATING THE FI_DDINGS OF THE CITY CCM'tISSION OF THE CITY OF i'LIAMI THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EMPLOYMENT OF M. L. REESE AS CITY MANAGER INCLUDED A VACATION PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) WORKING DAYS PER AN UM WITH ANY UNUSED PORTION THEREOF TO BE CUMULATI Vc ; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF FI`iANCE TO PAY N. L. REESE SUCY. SUMS THAT ARE DUE AND OWING FOR ANY LNi.i SED PORTION OF SAID VACATION WilICH HAS ACCUMULATED. WHEREAS, M. L. REESE was employed as City Manager of the City of Miami by the City Commission upon certain terms and conditions; and WHEREAS, one of the terms and conditions was that M. L. REESE would be entitled to a vacation of. thirty (30) working days per annum; and WHEREAS, said vacation time was to be cumulative for any part unused during the per annum -Period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO_`LMISSION OF TIC, CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. It is the finding of this Commission that the terms and conditions of the er:io? ov ent of M. L. REESE as City Manager included a vacation period of thirty (30) working days per annum and that any unused portion thereof was to be cumulative. 10 13 14 15 15 17 18 19 20 21 23 25 20 Section 2. of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to pay M. L. REESE said sums due and owing for any unused portion of said vacation which has accumulated since the incaution of his initial e:nalovr ent. PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of 1973.
