A RESOLUTION FIXING THE STARTING SALARY OF
PAUL W. ANDREWS, WHEN HE ASSUMES THE DUTIES
OF CITY MANAGER ON AUGUST 17, 1973, AT
$42,200.00 PER YEAR, AND TO BE IN INCREMENTS
AS SET FORTH IN THE YARGER PAY PLAN SUBMITTED
TO THE CITY; AND FURTHER PROVIDING THAT SAID
PAUL W. ANDREWS, AS CITY MANAGER, RECEIVE
THE SAME EMOLUMENTS OF OFFICE AS WERE RECEIVED
BY THE FORMER CITY MANAGER, M. L. REESE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the starting salary of Paul W. Andrews,
when he assumes the duties of City Manager on August 17, 1973,
be, and it is, hereby fixed at $42,200.00 per year, and to be
in yearly increments as set forth in the Yarger Pay Plan sub-
mitted to the City.
Section 2. That said Paul W. Andrews, as City Manager of
the City of Miami, receive the same emoluments of office as
were received by the former City Manager, M. L. Reese.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 1973.
