RESOLUTION NO. 73 -' 60 5
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSION
OF EMPLOYMENT PAST THE AGE OF 72 FOR PIO ZtTCLICH,
WATCHMAN, DEPARTMENT OF YACHT DOCKS, EFFECTIVE
MAY 20, 1973 TO MAY 20, 1974, WITH THE PROVISION
THAT IN THE EVENT OF A ROLLBACK OR LAYOFF, MR.
ZUCLICH, RATHER THAN A JUNIOR EMPLOYEE, WOULD BE
AFFECTED.
WHEREAS, the Director, Department of Yacht Docks, has
recommended an extension of employment past the age of 72
for Pio Zuclich, Watchman, Department of Yacht Docks,
effective May 20, 1973 to May 20, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the City Physician has determined that the
physical condition of said Pio Zuclich is satisfactory for
continued employment, and
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Board has unanimously
recommended the approval of employment past the age of 72
for said Pio Zuclich for an additional year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A one (1) year extension of employment past
the age of 72 for Pio Zuclich, Watchman, Department of Yacht
Docks, effective May 20, 1973 to May 23, 1974, is hereby
approved, with the provision that in the event of a rollback
or layoff, Mr. Zuclich, rather than a junior employee, would
be affected.
