A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE D.T.RECTOR OF FINANCE TO ISSUE DUPLI-
CATE TAX SALE CERTIFICATE TO MARGUERITE
LEWIN, EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL
LEW:.:N, UPON FILING OF BOND IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE LAW AGAINST ANY LOSS THAT MIGHT
OCCUR BY kEASON OF THE REAPPEARANCE OF THE
ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE.
WHEREAS, it appears from the Affidavit of Marguerite
Lewin that the City of Miami Tax Sale Certificate, owned by
Marguerite Lewin, Executrix of the Estate of Michael Lewin,
has been lost:
Certificate # 62 dated May 25, 1966 in the face amount
of $191.42 covering:
NORTH MIAMI ESTATES PB 5 PG 48 SOUTH 1/2 LOTS 1 & 2
LESS EAST 10 FEET FOR STREET BLOCK 32.
and
WHEREAS, the above -mentioned MARGUERITE LEWIN has
signified her willingness to file bond to indemnify the City of
Miami against any loss occasioned thereby:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue duplicate tax sale
certificate as described in the preamble of this Resolution to
MARGUERITE LEWIN, upon his filing bond, in accordance with law,
to protect the City of Miami against any loss that might occur

by reason of the reappearance of the original certificate.
