A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING $25,000.00 FROM
THE 1972 PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
BOND FUND TO COVER THE COST OF APPRAISAL
SERVICES AND OTHER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES UNDER THE
PARKS FOR PEOPLE BOND PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the citizens of the City of Miami approved
and accepted on March 14, 1972, the Parks for People Bond
Program; and
WHEREAS, included as a part of the Parks for
People Bond Program is the acquisition of property needed
for proposed park development; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that funds be provided
to cover the cost of professional appraisals and other
incidental costs preliminary to the proposed acquisitions; and
WHEREAS, funds for these preliminary expenses are
available in the 1972 Parks and Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That $25,000.00 should be allocated
from the 1972 Parks and Recreational Facilities Bond Fund

to cover the cost of appraisal services and other incidental
expenses pertinent to the acquisition of properties under
the Parks for People Bond Program.
