Oectioa 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized :and directed to enter into a Contract and Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Natural Reaourcee, agree- ing to start construction of the sIEFE:,Dn BICYCLE PATH within three (3) months and to complete it within twelve (12) months, and furthermore, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to accomplish the work by City forces, by outside contractor, or by a combination of the two, as he deems in the best interest of the City of Miami. • Section 3. That the amount fif $25,482:00 be and is hereby allocated from the Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds - to cover the cost of the project, and said Grand Fund contribution in the amount of $23,645.00 when received is to be returned to said Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds account. e� PASSED AND ADOPTED this L 4: day of 4/441,, , 1973.
