RESOLUTION NO. ,%.� SITS
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WOV UU PERFORMED BY FITZGERALD ENGINEER-
ING CO., INC., AT A TOTAL COST OF
$4,380.75, AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $438.08 FOR THE N.W. 17 AVENUE
T.V. INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROJECT - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 29, 1973
between the City of Miami and Fitzgerald Engineering Co.,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Fitzgerald Engineering Co., Inc. has furnished the
required documents certifying that all bills for labor,
materials, etc. have been paid in full in connection with
the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by
Fitzgerald Engineering Co., Inc. for the N. W. 17 AVENUE
T.V. INSPECTION AND REPAIR PROJECT - 1973, at a total cost
of $4,360.75 be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Fitzgerald
Engineering Co., Inc. a balance of $438.08 as full and final

payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the N.W. 17 AVENUE T.V. INSPECTION AND
REPAIR PROJECT - 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 246 day of 421;` , 1973.
