RESOLUTION NO. Asi do ,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY FENCE MASTERS, INC.,
AT A TOTAL COST OF $6,058.60, AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $605.86
FOR THE FIRE STATIONS - FENCING - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 27, 1973
between the City of Miami and Fence Masters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Fence Masters, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Fence
Masters, Inc. for the FIRE STATIONS - FENCING - 1973, at a
total cost of $6,058.60, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Fence Masters,
Inc. a balance of $605.86 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
the FIRE STATIONS - FENCING - 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 6 day of 0704 , 1973.
