E. 2ND AVENUE, ZONED C-3 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. _'„ WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on July 9, 1973, passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-153,recommending granting a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2(8)(a), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable to the public convenience and welfare and finds that the use will not be detrimental or injurious to the character or the development of the immediate neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2(8)(a), to permit 7-level parking structure in conjunction with Howard Johnson's Motor Lodge & Restaurant on "HALL TRACT" - Tentative Plat #873, located at 200 S. E. 2nd Avenue; zoned C-3 (Central Commercial) District, be and the same is hereby granted. Section 2. This conditional use shall become null and void unless the use is commenced within six months of the effective date of this Resolution. Said extension request shall be filed with the City Manager two (2) weeks prior to the expiration date of the initial six (6) months effective period of the conditional use. E. 2nd Avenue; zoned C-3 (Central Commercial) . No objections were received in the mail.
