A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESO-
LUTION NO. 73-500 AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SHENANDOAH
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT, SECTION A, H-4362
IN SHENANDOAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT, SECTION A, H-4362.

WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of June 28, 1973,
Resolution No. 73-500 was passed, which ordered a highway improve-
ment identified as SHENANDOAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT, SECTION A,
H-4362; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice, a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on July 26, 1973 as to any ob-
jections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-500, which
Resolution ordered SHENANDOAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT, SECTION A,
H-4362; and
WHEREAS; no objections to the confirmation of said high-
way improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is therefore
in order for the Commission to confirm said Ordering Resolution
and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the
construction of said Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. ordering Resolution No. 73-500, dated June 28,
1973, which ordered SHENANDOAH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT, SECTION A, H-4362,
is hereby confirmed.
subject to deletion of S.W. 19th Terrace
between S.W. 25 Avenue and S.W. 27 Avenue.

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of SHENANDOAH
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT, SECTION A, H-4362.
