A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-456, WHICH
ACCEPTED THE BID OF CHAN W. BAKER FOR FURNISHING
5,000 POUNDS OF LAWN GRASS SEED MIXTURE FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AT A TOTAL COST
OF $2,730.00, BY INCLUDING A SECTION THEREIN
ALLOCATING $2,730.00 FROM THE PARKS AND RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES BOND FUND TO COVER THE COST OF SAID
MATERIAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 73-456, which accepted the bid
of Chan W. Baker for furnishing 5,000 pounds of lawn grass seed
mixture for the Department of Parks and Recreation at a total cost
of $2,730.00, is hereby amended to include a section therein allocating
$2,730.00 from the Parks and Recreational Facilities Bond Fund to
cover the cost of said material. �',''''
