A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
PROPER OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
UTILIZE FUNDS FROM THE UNALLOCATED CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUNDS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR
THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 73-559 PASSED AND ADOPTED
THIS DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That the proper officials of the City of Miami are
authorized and directed to utilize funds from the un-
allocated capital improvement funds of the City of
Miami for the purpose of implementing the provisions
of Resolution No. 73-559 passed and adopted this date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July,1973.
