HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-73-0554RAS/bdm 7/10/73 RESOLUTION NO. 13't"ey A RESOLUTION CONVEYING A PERMANENT EASEMENT TO THE FIRST STATE BANK OF MIAMI COVERING THE NORTH TWO AND ONE-HALF (2-1/2) FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2, IN BLOCK 8, OF LITTLE RIVER GARDENS, PB 6/8, SAID EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES. ;,• WHEREAS, the City of Miami has recently conveyed to The First State Bank of Miami the off-street parking area located on the north one hundred feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Little River Gardens, P.B. 6/8 according to Warranty Deed dated April 30, 1973; and WHEREAS, an easement for storm sewer and drainage purposes was given to the City of Miami over the north two and one-half feet of the south ninety-two feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Little River Gardens, P.B. 6/8 as set forth in an instrument dated November 21, 1955, recorded in Deed Book 4204, Page 298; and WHEREAS, the easement was given for the purpose of pro- viding drainage for the off-street parking area which was conveyed to The First State Bank of Miami by the above Warranty Deed; and WHEREAS, it was the intent at the time of the initial conveyance of the property to include the easement for storm sewer and drainage purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: That the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed conveying a permanent easement to The First State Bank of Miami covering the north two and one-half (2-1/2) feet of Lots 1 an4-2, in Block 8, of Little River Gardens, P.B. 6/8, said easement for storm sewer and drainage purposes. R-5 No basic changes in present district regulations; minor expansion of present mapping in northeast corner of Study Area. R-CC A new district for apartment and office buildings to be mapped along Miami River, along Biscayne Boulevard and 2nd Ave. between C-3 District and 1-395, and along Biscayne Bay near Plaza Venetia; maximum F. A.R. 4.0. r C-3 The present C-3 Central Commercial District with no basic changes in the use regulations and building height controls but possibly with new coverage or other restrictions and some changes in window outlook and building spacing for residential developments; bulk and density restrictions being studied further. C-3A A new district for the Flagler Street area with no basic differences from the proposed C-3 except for the addition of a retail use requirement. C-313 A new district to he mapped in the Government Center and Midtown Areas with same use regulations as present C-3 but with more limited hulk and density -- up to F. A.R. 1.0. C-9 A new district replacing the northwest quadrant of the present C-3 and permitting a wider range of service uses than the C-3 in line with existing development and future needs; maximum F. A.R. •1.0. C-6 A new district to be mapped west of N. l . 2nd Ave., which will permit residential uses but exclude many of the service and industrial uses now permitted in the area by the existing C--1 and C-5 Districts; maximum I'. A.R. 2: O. C-2 Same as present C-2, mapped only west of F. E.C. Railroad. C-3 Same as present C-4, but less widely mapped. C-5 Same as present C-5, but less widely mapped. 1-1 Same as present 1-1 with only minor changes in mapping; cut back along Miami River and expanded north of 1-395. W-1 Same as present \\'-1 with no change in mapping.
