A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE TERMS OF OFFICE
OF THE PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS FROM DISTRICTS
1, 7 AND 9 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE MATTER OF
RESTRUCTURING THE CITY OF MIAMI PLANNING AND
ZONING PROCEDURES HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND THE
NEW MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OR BOARDS PROVIDED
FOR THEREBY ARE SELECTED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
•
That the terms of office of the Planning Board members
from Districts 1, 7 and 9 be, and they are, hereby extended until
such time as the matter of restructuring the City of Miami
Planning and Zoning Procedures has been resolved, and the new
members of the board or boards provided for thereby are selected.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1973.
