A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED TO OBTAIN AN APPRAISAL
FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 46 WEST FLAGLER STREET,
THE COST OF WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED $1,000.
AND FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF WHICH SHALL BE
TAKEN FROM "PARKS FOR PEOPLE BOND ISSUE"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
proceed to obtain an appraisal for property known as
46 West Flagler Street, the cost of which shall not
exceed $1,000. and funds for payment of which shall be
taken from "Parks for People Bond Issue:"

EN AGE THE SERVICES OF LEONARD A. BISZ, APPRAISER,
TO AERFORM APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE 46 WEST
FLA ER STREET PROPERTY, FURTHER AUTHORIZING
AN A ROPRIATION OF $1, 200 FROM THE CONTINGENCY
FUND . PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID APPRAISER'S
FEE
BE IT RESOLVED $Y THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to engage
the services of Leonard A. Bisz, Appraiser, to perform appraisal services
for the 46 West Flagler Street property.
Section 2. That an appropriation of $1, 200 from the contingency fund
is further authorized to provide for the payment of said appraiser's fee.
