E. 1ST STREET; SUBJECT TO LOT 8 OF PROUTS SUBDIVISION (B-65), TO BE DEVELOPED ONLY AS SURFACE PARKING; ZONED C-3 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. /2 WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting held on June 11, 1973, passed and adopted by an 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-133, recommending granting a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2(8)(a), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable to the public convenience and welfare and finds that the use will not be detrimental or injurious to the character or the development of the immediate neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for a"conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2(8)(a), to permit construction of 7-level parking garage on Lots 4, 5, 16, 17, and E 1/2 Lots 6 and 15, Block 103N, MIAMI (B-41), located at approximately 245 N. E. 1st Street; subject to Lot 8 of PROUTS SUBDIVISION (B-65), to be developed only as surface parking; zoned C-3 (Central Commercial) District, be and the same is hereby granted. Section 2. This conditional use shall become null and void unless the use is commenced within six months of the effective date of this Resolution. Said extension request shall be filed with the City Manager two (2) weeks prior to the expiration date of the initial six (6) months effective period of the conditional use. E. 1st Street Lots 4, 5, 16, 17 and E1/2 Lots 6 and 15, Block 103N, MIAMI (B-41) Applicant: 1st Federal Savings The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of June 11, 1973, Item #8, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-133 by an 8 to 0 vote (one member absent), recommending "Conditional Use" as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XV, Section 2 (8) (a), to permit construction of 7-level parking garage on Lots 4, 5, 16, 17, and E1/2 Lots 6 and 15, Block 103N, MIAMI (B-41), located at approximately 245 N. E. 1st Street; subject to Lot 8 of PROUTS SUBDIVISION (B-65), to be developed only as surface parking; zoned C-3 (Central Commercial) . No objections were received in the mail.
