A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-428 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED SIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF LIBERTY SANITARY SE;+7ER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II
SR-5377 C (centerline sewer) IN LIBERTY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PHASE II SR-5377 C
(centerline sewer).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of June 14,
1973, Resolution No. 73-428 was passed which ordered a
sanitary sewer improvement identified as LIBERTY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II SR-5377 C (centerline sewer),
and
WHEREAS. pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on July 12, 1973 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-428,
which resolution ordered LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II SR-5377 C (centerline sewer), and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is,
therefore, in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 73-428 dated June
14, 1973, which ordered LIBERTY SAT'TTTARy aEWER IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II SR-5377 C (centerline sewer), in LIBERTY SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PHASE II SR-5377 C (centerline
sewer) is hereby confirmed.

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of LIBERTY
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PHASE II SR-5377 C (centerline
sewer) .
