A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING
RESOLUTION NO. 73-427, AS AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 73-512, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED
BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5383-S (SIDELINE SEWER) IN
NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-S
(SIDELINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of June 14,
1973, Resolution No. 73-427 was passed which ordered a
sanitary sewer improvement identified as NORTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S (sideline sewer);
and
WHEREAS, certain pertinent data was inadvertently
omitted from the aforesaid Resolution No. 73-427 and amending
Resolution No. 73-512 was adopted at the June 28, 1973 City
Commission meeting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on July 12, 1973 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-427,
as amended by Resolution No. 73-512, which resolution ordered
NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S
(sideline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
sanitary sewer improvements were sustained by the Commission,
it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED•BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
Ordering Resolution No. 73-427 dated
June 14, 1973, as amended by Resolution No. 73-512 dated
June 28, 1973, which ordered NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S (sideline sewer) in NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-S
(sideline sewer) be and the same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S
(sideline sewer).
