A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING
RESOLUTION NO. 73-426 AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED
BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5383-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) IN
NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-C (CENTER-
LINE SEWER).
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of June 14,
1973, Resolution No. 73-426 was passed which ordered a
sanitary sewer improvement identified as NORTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C (centerline
sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on July 12, 1973 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-426,
which resolution ordered NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
sanitary sewer improvements were sustained by the Commission.
It is therefore ir, order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 73-426 dated June 14,
1973 which ordered NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5383-C (centerline sewer) in NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE

SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-C (centerline
sewer) be and the same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-C
(centerline sewer).
