A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING
RESOLUTION NO. 73-191, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED
BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
•H-4359 IN NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4359.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of March 22,
1973, Resolution No. 73-191 was passed which ordered a
highway improvement identified as NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4359; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on July 12, 1973 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-191,
which resolution ordered NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4359; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said order-
ing resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 73-191 dated
March 22, 1973 which ordered NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4359 in NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4359 be and the same is he'-eby confirmed.

advertise for sealed bids for the construction of NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4359.
