A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-192 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360
IN N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4360.

WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of March 22,
1973, Resolution No. 73-192 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on July 12, 1973 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-192, which
, resolution ordered N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said high-
way improvement were sustained by the Commission. It is therefore
in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering resolution
and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the
construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordering Resolution No. 73-192 dated
March 22, 1973 which ordered N.E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360
