A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MUSA
ISLE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5308-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) IN MUSA ISLE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5308-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER), AND REMOVING ALL
PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT
CERTIFIED HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 12th day of July, 1(173, pursuant to due legal notice of
said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended, to
receive all written objections to the confirmation of the pre-
liminary assessment roll for the cost of MUSA ISLE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer) in MUSA ISLE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer) on the
streets listed in Section 1; and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto 17,y any person interested
in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission,
and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in
accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami.
NOW, THEREFORE° BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned
and indicated in the preliminary assessment roll f-)r. MUSA ISLE SANI-
TARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer) in MUSA ISLE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5308-C (centerline sewer)
be, and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described as follows;

Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each
of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll
are less than the amount that each of the said lots or parcels of
ground is especially benefited by said improvement, and that such
amounts are in proportion to the special 'benefits that the property
received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost -of the said
