A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-427
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION ORDERING NORTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S
(Sideline sewer) AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY
AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE
FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5383-S (sideline sewer); AND ALLO-
CATING FUNDS" TO DELETE FROM THE TITLE THEREOF
THE WORDS "AND ALLOCATING FUNDS" AND TO INCLUDE
IN SECTION 1 OF SAID RESOLUTION THE PROVISION
FOR INSTALLING LATERALS, MANHOLES AND OTHER
APPURTENANCES AS SPECIFIED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-427, adopted June 14, 1973,
inadvertently contained the words "and allocating funds"
in the title, which words should not have appeared therein,
and
WHEREAS, there was inadvertently omitted from Section 1
of said resolution the provision for installing laterals,
manholes and other appurtenances as specified herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 73-427, adopted June
14, 1973 entitled "A RESOLUTION ORDERING NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S (sideline sewer) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS NORTH
BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5383-S
(sideline sewer); AND ALLOCATING FUNDS" be, and the same is
hereby amended as follows:

a. By deleting the words "AND ALLOCATING FUNDS"
from the title of said resolution, as follows:
"A RESOLUTION ORDERING NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S (sideline sewer) AND
DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF
AS NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5383-S (sideline sewer)"
b. Adding ,the following paragraph to Section 1 of
said resolution:
"Laying six-inch (6") cast iron pipe laterals, as re-
quired to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the lots and
parcels of land described in Section 2 hereof; together
with necessary manholes, other appurtenances, pump
stations, outfall, connections to existing sewers, re-
laying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by this improve-
ment."
as follows:
Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer Improvement
identified as NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5383-S (SIDELINE SEWER) shall be made
under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
the City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to
consist of:
Laying an 8 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the West sideline of:
N. Bayshore Drive from a point 120'+ south of N.E.
13 Terr. to N.E. 13 Terr
Laying a 10 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the East sideline of:
N. Bayshore Drive from a point 175'+ south of
N.E. 14 St. to N.E. 14 St.
Laying a 12 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the West sideline of:
N. Bayshore Drive from N.E. 13 Terr. to N.E. 14 Terr.

Laying a 12, inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the East sideline of:
N. Bayshore Drive from a point 225'+ south of
N.E. 15 St. to N.E. 15 St.
Laying a 12 inch Vitrified Clay Pipe Sanitary Sewer at
or near the South sideline of:
N.E. 15 St. from a point 75'+ East of N. Bayshore
Drive to N. Bayshore Drive.
Laying six-inch (6") cast iron pipe laterals, as re-
quired to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the lots and
parcels of land described in Section 2 hereof; together
with necessary manholes, other appurtenances, pump
stations, outfall, connections to existing sewers, re-
laying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by this improve-
ment.
