A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY ABC DEMOLITION
CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF $42,100;
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $4,210
FOR THE DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER -
BUILDINGS DEMOLITION - PHASE I.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated February 7, 1973
between the City of Miami and ABC Demolition Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
ABC Demolition Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by ABC
DEMOLITION CORPORATION for the DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER -
BUILDINGS DEMOLITION - PHASE I at a total cost of $42,100.00 be
accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay ABC Demolition Corporation
a balance of $4,210.00 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the DOWNTOWN
GOVERNMENT CENTER - BUILDINGS DEMOLITION - PHASE I.
