A RESOLUTION REFERRING THE MATTER OF A PROPOSED
MIAMI RIVER AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER,
METROPOLITAN DADE COUNTY, THE SECRETARY OF STATE,
THE MARINE COUNCIL AND THE MIAMI-METRO JOINT
ACTION COMMITTEE, WITH THE REQUEST THAT A REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATION BE SUBMITTED TC, THE COMMISSION
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the matter of a proposed Miami River Authority be,
and it is, hereby referred to the City Manager, Metropolitan
Dade County, the Secretary of State, the Marine Council and the
Miami -Metro Joint Action Committee, with the request that a re-
port and recommendation be submitted to the Commission as soon
as possible.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1973.
