A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR PER-
MANENT WAIVER OF 13 OF 42 REQUIRED
OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AS
PROVIDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
3OCI II , SECTIONS 8(2)(d), 2(5), AND
3(28), ON LOT 1, BLOCK 2, AND LOTS
1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 3, WEAVER'S SUB-
DIVISION (6-31) , AND WEAVER'S ADDITION
(UNRECORDED), IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO A
MANUFACTURING PLANT AT THE S. W. CORNER
N. W. 3RD COURT, AND N.W. 22ND LANE,
LOCATED AT 360 N.W. 22ND LANE, SITE
ZONED C-5 (LIBERAL COMMERCIAL) AND
R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, on June 24, 1971, the City Commission passed
and adopted Resolution No. 42606, granting a continued
variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article XOCIII, Sections
2(5) and 3(28) , as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department reports that a
visual check of the property reveals no problems and
they have had no complaints regarding this property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF' MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permanent 'waiver for 13 of
42 required off-street parking spaces, as provided in
Ordinance No. 6871, Article XOCIII, Sections 8(2) (d), 2(5)
and 3(28), to permit use of a newly constructed addition
to a manufacturing plant, on Lot 1, Block 2, and Lots
1, 2, and 3, Block 3, WEAVER'S SUBDIVISION (6-31) and
8 (2) (d) ,

WEAVER'S ADDITION (UNRECORDED), at the S.W. Corner
N.W. 3rd Court and N.W. 22nd Lane, located at 360 N.W.
22nd Lane, site zoned C-5 (liberal commercial) and
R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) Districts, be and the
same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1973.
