A RE50LUtI0N R~APPOINtING MARX b. CAUTHEN TO THE OFF-5TREET
PARKING 80ARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND RECOMMENDING TO THE
CITY COMMI5SION THAY TH15 REAPPOINTMENT BE CONFIRMED
WHEREAS, Mr. Marx D. Cauthen~s term of off ice as a member of
the Off-Street Parking Board of the City of Miami will expire on December 2,
1973 ; and
WHEREAS, a member shall be named and appointed by the remaining
members of the Board, subJect to confirmation by the City Commission, for
a term of five years; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Miami that
Marx D. Cauthen be reappointed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OFF-STREET PARKING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Marx 0. Cauthen is hereby reappointed as a member of
the Off-Street Parking Board of the City of Miami, Florida, pursuant to
Section 23-A.1 of the City of Miami Charter, fora term of five years which
wtil expire on December 2, 1978.
Section 2.• The Board hereby recommends to the City Commission
thst the reappointment of Marx D. Cauthen be confirmed.
