A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI
AND THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI EXTENDING THE
PREVIOUS AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY DATED ,
AUGUST 14, 1970, WHEREBY THE CITY OF MIAMI
AGREED TO FURNISH AN ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI AT AN ANNUAL
SALARY OF $7,905.60 TO BE REIMBURSED TO
THE CITY BY THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI:
Section 1. The City Manager be and he is authorized
and directed to enter into an agreement between the City of
Miami and the University of Miami extending the previous agree-
ment originally dated August 14, 1970, whereby the City of Miami
agreed to furnish an electrical technician i.D the University of
Miami at an annual salary of $7,905.60 to be reimbursed to the
City by the University of Miami.
