A RESOLUTION REFERRING THE QUESTION OF
POSSIBLE FUTURE USES OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS 46 WEST FLAGLER
STREET TO THE CITY MANAGER, THE DIRECTOR
OF THE PLANNNNG DEPARTMENT AND THE DOWN-
TOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THEIR STUDY,
AND RECOMMENDATIONS, WITH A REPORT TO BE'
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COMMISSION WITHIN
A PERIOD OF THIRTY DAYS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
That the question of possible future uses of City -
owned property designated as 46 West Flagler Street be, and it
is, hereby referred to the City Manager, the Director of the
Planning Department, and the Downtown Development Authority for
their study and recommendations, with a report to be submitted
to the City Commission within a period of thirty days on this
matter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1973.
