RESOLUTION NO. 1,-Posd
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED JUNE 12,1973
OF C. A. DAVIS, INC. IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT
OF $ 3900 FOR THE ORANGE BOWL - WHEEL CHAIR
PLATFORM 1973; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received June 12,1973 for the ORANGE
BOWL - WHEEL CHAIR PLATFORM - 1973; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
C. A. Davis, Inc. in the estimated amount of $ 3900 is the
lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded to
said company; and
WHEREAS, there is surplus funds available from monies
previously appropriated by Ordinance ';'). 8140 for Orange Bowl
Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the bid of C. A. Davis, Inc.
received June 12,1973 for the ORANGE BOWL - WHEEL CHAIR PLATFORM -
1973, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid,
at a total estimated cost of $ 3900 be accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami
for the ORANGE BOWL - WHEEL CHAIR PLATFORM - 1973.
