A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED JUNE 7,1973
OF FENCE MASTERS, INC., IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF
$3100 FOR THE MIAMI STADIUM PARKING LOT FENCING
B-2594; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $3472 FROM THE
ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND -
UNALLOCATED FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received June 7,1973 for the MIAMI
STADIUM PARKING LOT.FENCING B-2594; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $3472 are available for
allocation from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund -
Unallocated Funds"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Fence Masters, Inc., in the amount of $3100 is the lowest bid
(acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Fence Masters, Inc. received
June 7,1973 for the MIAMI STADIUM PARKING LOT FENCING B-2594, namely
Base Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost
of $3100 be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $3472 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund -
Unallocated Funds".
Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contrace in behalf of the City
of Miami for the MIAMI STADIUM PARKING LOT FENCING B-2594.
