A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED
MAY 14, 1973, OF DATA FORMS COMPANY, INC.,
FOR FURNISHING APPROXIMATELY 57,000 PERMIT
APPLICATIONS AT A COST OF $1,665.25, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS, AS
REQUIRED, AFTER FIRST HAVING DETERMINED
THAT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, bids were received on May 14, 1973 by the City
Manager and City Clerk for furnishing approximately 57,000 permit
applications for the City of Miami Building Department, of the
type and prices listed below; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Data
Forms Co., Inc. is the lowest and best bid and recommends that the
same be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received May 14, 1973 of Data Forms
Co., Inc., for furnishing approximately 57,000 permit applications
for the City of Miami Building Department of the following type
and prices indicated below:

Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City of Miami to
issue purchase orders for the purchasing of the items described
in Section 1 above, after first having determined that funds are
available.
