A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY
MANAGER WHICH PLACED $1,100,000 IN THE REGISTRY OF
THE CIRCUIT COURT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONDEMNATION
OF PROPERTY AT WAINWRIGHT PARK; FURTHER ALLOCATING
$1,100,000 FROM THE 1972 PARKS AND RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES BOND FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Manager which
placed $1,100,000 in the Registry of the Circuit Court to provide
for the condemnation of property at Wainwright Park is hereby
confirmed.
Section 2. That the amount of $1,100,000 is hereby
allocated from the 1972 Parks and Recreational Facilities Bond
Funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /y day of 1973.
