A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE ACTION
OF THE CITY MANAGER IN AUTHORIZING THE REPAIR BY
GENERAL ELECTRIC REPAIR SHOP, AT A COST OF $1625.,
OF A 50 H.P. OVERHEAD CRANE MOTOR FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF SANITATION AS AN EMERGENCY
MEASURE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action of the City Manager in
authorizing the repair by General Electric Repair Shop, at a cost
of $1,625, of a 50 H.P. Overhead Crane Motor for the Department
of Sanitation as an emergency measure, is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
