RESOLUTION NO. 73 • 1.044
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI
AND THE EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE
GENERAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, SUBJECT TO
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH AGREEMENT
AS SET FORTH HEREIN IN THE ATTACHED COPY
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to enter into
a contract by and between the City of Miami and the employee
organization known as the General Employees Association, subject
to the terms and conditions of such agreement as set forth in
the copy attached hereto.
