RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
$3, 300. 00 FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND TO THE
PROPER ACCOUNT IN THE CITY CLERK'S BUDGET
FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE ACCOUNT
FOR ADVERTISING TO COVER ADDITIONAL
ADVERTISING REQUIREMENTS NECESSITATED BY
INCREASED PUBLIC HEARINGS BY THE COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the transfer of $3, 300. 00 from the contingent
fund to the Office of the City Clerk for the purpose of increasing the account
for advertising to cover additional advertising requirements necessitated by
increased public hearings by the Commission be, and the same is, hereby
authorized.
