A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ISSUE DUPLI-
CATE TAX SALE CERTIFICATE TO CHARLES
VANO, UPON FILING OF BOND IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE LAW AGAINST ANY LOSS THAT
MIGHT OCCUR BY REASON OF THE REAPPEAR-
ANCE OF THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE.

WHEREAS, it appears from the Affidavit of Charles Vano
that the City of Miami Tax Sale Certificate, owned by Charles
Vano, has been lost:

WHEREAS, the above -mentioned C _ARLES VANO, has signified
his willingness to file bond to indemnify the City of Miami against
any loss occasioned thereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COMMISSION OF THE

CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to issue duplicate tax sale certifi-
cate as described in the preamble of this Resolution to CHARLES VANO,
upon his filing bond, in accordance with law, to protect the City of
Miami against any loss that might occur by reason of the reappear-
ance of the original certificate.
