A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY FENCE MASTERS, INC. AT A
TOTAL COST OF $33,400 AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF'$3,339.91 FOR MANOR AND
MOORE PARKS - FENCING - 1972.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract, dated May 8, 1972, be-
tween the City of Miami and Fence Masters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Fence Masters, Inc. has furnished the required documents certify-
ing that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been paid in
full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Accept the completed work performed by Fence
Masters, Inc. for the construction of MANOR AND MOORE PARKS -
FENCING - 1972 at a total cost of $33,400.00.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of Miami
be authorized and directed to pay Fence Masters, Inc. a balance of
$3,339.91 as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with the construction of MANOR AND
MOORE PARKS - FENCING - 1972.
