RESOLUTION NO. 7S0-939
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CON-
STRUCTION OF CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4354 IN CORAL WAY SOUTH
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4354.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Marks Brothers
Co. has completed the construction of paving and drainage
improvements designated as CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4354; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication of
a notice of public hearing for objections by persons inter -
or ested in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish a notice in a newspaper published in
the City of Miami, Florida, stating that at a meeting of the
City Commission to be held at a certain day and hour, to be
determined by the City Clerk, the Commission will hold a
public hearing to hear any objections by persons interested
or affected by CORAL WAY SOUTH HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4354

as to the acceptance of the completed construction thereof.
