RESOLUTION NO. 7,114411
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF
WAY DEED EXECUTED BY ARMANDO DELDAGO AND
EMERIA DELGADO, HIS WIFE, CONVEYING FOR
HIGHWAY WIDENING A STRIP OF LAND ALONG
S.W. 12TH AVENUE BETWEEN 12TH AND 13TH
STREET; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID DEED
IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, an additional 5-1/2 feet of land is needed along
the east side of S. W. 12th Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets
to bring the avenue to its fully zoned width; and
WHEREAS, Armando Deldago and Emeria Deldago, his wife,
have executed and delivered to the City a Highway Right of Way
Deed for the required 5-1/2 foot dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
0 accept the aforesaid Highway Right of Way Deed and to have it
recorded in the Public Records of Dade County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the April 18, 1973, Highway Right
of Way Deed from Arman.-10 Deldago and Emeria Deldago, his wife,
for a 5-1/2 foot strip of land along the east side of S. W. 12th
Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to record
the aforesaid Highway Right of Way Deed in the Public Records
of Dade County after affixing thereon the following, as
