A RESOLUTION URGING THE 3OARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF METROPOLITAN DADE COUNTY AND THE APPROPRIATE
OFFICIALS OF THE METROPOLITAN DADE COUNTY HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT TO USE THE SAME
APPROACH IN CONNECTION WITH THE INSTALLATION
OF SEWERS IN LIBERTY. SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PHASE II- SR-5377 C & S AS WAS TAKEN AT THE TIME
OF THE INSTALLATION OF SEWERS IN THE COCONUT
GROVE AREA OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA$
That the Metropolitan Dade County Board of Commissioners,
and the appropriate officials of the Metropolitan Dade County
Department of Housing and Urban Development be, and they are,
hereby urged to use the same approach in connection with the in-
stallation of the sewers in Liberty Sanitary Sewer Improvement,
Phase II- SR-5377 C & S as was taken at the time of the installa-
tion of sewers in the Coconut Grove area of the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1973.
